Delivery Terms
Please note that delivery time is subject to stock availability.
Delivery price depends of the weight of order and will be added to your shopping basket before payment.
All of our deliveries go via a third party haulier, operating a hub system. We use PALL-EX network to deliver our products to UK Mainland.
If you are based outside UK Mainland please contact Customer Service to speak about delivery options.
We do not deliver our products to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Most of our deliveries are made on pallets and these will always be delivered “kerbside”.This means your tiles will be left secured to the pallet at the nearest external location to the property which has a flat hard surface leading from the delivery vehicle.
Please be aware the delivery is made by a third party delivery company and the driver will not be able to assist in unloading the pallet or helping to bring the goods inside your property. They will not enter the premises for insurance purposes.
Dispatch Time
We usually dispatch in stock products within 2 working days from purchase day and deliver next day from dispatch date. Some products (information can be find on product cart) delivery time is up to 3 weeks. We will inform you about estimated dispatch day by sending email, alternatively you can contact us to check availability before place an order.
We can not take responsibility for delivery time when it is not depending on us. That is why do not book any tiler or fitter before products arrive to your site.

Returns
You can return products at your own cost within 14 days from date of delivery except products purchase on special order or trade sale.
If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website.
If you require KPW Store LTD to arrange the collection of brick slips, stone wall cladding to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your brick slips, stone wall cladding).
If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, KPW Store LTD reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.
If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery, and the return costs.
